Unveiling the Truth: The Palestinian-Israeli Conflict and the Fight for a World Wide Conscious Awakening

Updated: Aug 13

The internet is filled with people arguing over things they do not know enough about; the Palestinian - Israeli conflict is no different. Except it is. Humanity is witnessing the blatant genocide of the Palestinian people, and has been for decades. It just wasn’t important until Hamas fired back.

While the majority of Earths human population is appalled and trying to end this horrific genocide, another portion of the population believes the genocide is justified; just as any group of people committing genocide do. For an individual to support the war in Palestine or any war for that matter they have to fall into 1 of 3 categories. Either they,

  1. are ignorant of actual history, either because they have been educated to believe a false history, or they have not been educated at all. This category makes up the masses.

  2. are part of the group of individuals (using the Jewish, Christian and Islamic religions to justify their acts) that benefit from war, either monetarily, or via positions of power. This category makes up a very small portion of humanity but controls by force the masses.

  3. are consciously undeveloped and still believe in Nationalism. Many of the individuals in both categories 1 and 2 also fall into this category.

It's time to move all of humanity into a 4th category; one that has been growing exponentially for decades. Thankfully the more it grows, the faster it grows. This 4th category is all the consciously aware, independent thinkers. These are the people who have at least awakened to who and what the establishment is and the fact that it's existed since the dawn of the new ages to control, use and manipulate the masses for money and power. They, "the establishment", (comprised of big government, big corporations and the media) have long been robbing people all around the globe of their ability to live free, prosperous lives, all the while using religion to convince society it's for their own good and to contribute to their own mental and physical enslavement.

But individuals in this 4th category, they know that no one can take your freedom from you. Freedom is in the mind. They can lock you up or kill you, but when you understand the power of the mind, of consciousness, of God, you can not be controlled.

Interestingly, the Palestine and Israel conflict is a perfect example of the establishment's long history of using religion to fulfill their lust for money and power. To understand the deep-rooted conflict between Palestine and Israel, we must first explore the history and origins of these lands, tracing back to ancient times and moving through the significant events that have shaped the modern landscape.

A Brief History of Palestine

The region known as Palestine has a history that dates back thousands of years, long before the modern concept of nation-states. It was known by various names and was ruled by different empires, including the Egyptians, Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans. The name "Palestine" itself has ancient roots, first used by the Greeks and later adopted by the Romans in the 2nd century CE after they suppressed the Bar Kokhba Revolt and sought to diminish Jewish identification with the land.

Throughout history, Palestine was part of various empires but was never an independent, unified state. Under Ottoman rule (1517–1917), it was a province within the larger empire. After World War I and the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, Palestine came under British control as a mandate territory, administered under the auspices of the League of Nations.

The population of Palestine has historically been majority Arab, with a significant Jewish minority at various points in its history.

Historical Context:

For centuries under Ottoman rule, the population of Palestine was predominantly Arab, composed of Muslims and Christians, with a small Jewish minority. Jews primarily lived in cities like Jerusalem, Safed, Tiberias, and Hebron.

The late 19th century saw the beginning of Jewish immigration to Palestine, spurred by the Zionist movement, which sought to establish a Jewish homeland. Despite this influx, the population remained overwhelmingly Arab.

During the British Mandate, Jewish immigration increased significantly, especially during the 1930s and 1940s, due to persecution in Europe, including the rise of Nazi Germany. By 1947, the population was about one-third Jewish and two-thirds Arab (Muslim and Christian).

Following the establishment of Israel in 1948 and the subsequent Arab-Israeli War, many Palestinian Arabs were displaced, becoming refugees. The areas that are now Israel became majority Jewish, while the remaining territories, such as the West Bank and Gaza Strip, remained majority Arab.

The Birth of Israel and the Ongoing Conflict

The modern conflict between Jews and Arabs in the region began in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, as waves of Jewish immigrants began arriving in Palestine, motivated by the Zionist movement—a nationalist and political movement that sought to establish a Jewish homeland. Tensions escalated as the Jewish population grew, leading to increasing clashes between Jewish and Arab communities.

In 1947, the United Nations proposed a partition plan to create separate Jewish and Arab states in Palestine. This plan was accepted by Jewish leaders but rejected by Arab leaders and Palestinian representatives, leading to the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. On May 14, 1948, Israel declared its independence, and neighboring Arab states launched an attack. The war resulted in the establishment of the State of Israel and the displacement of hundreds of thousands of Palestinian Arabs, an event known as the Nakba, or "catastrophe," by Palestinians.

The State of Palestine

The territories known as the West Bank and Gaza Strip have been at the center of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict ever since. Israel occupied these territories during the 1967 Six-Day War, and they have remained under varying degrees of Israeli control ever since. The West Bank is divided into areas of Palestinian self-rule and Israeli control, while Gaza is governed by Hamas, a Palestinian political and militant group. The State of Palestine was proclaimed by the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) in 1988, and it is recognized by a majority of countries worldwide, though it lacks full sovereignty.

The Current Situation and Global Perspectives

The conflict is far from being just a territorial dispute; it is a complex and deeply emotional struggle, involving identity, religion, history, and human rights. For many, the plight of the Palestinian people is seen as a blatant violation of human rights, with accusations of apartheid and genocide being leveled against Israel. On the other hand, some justify the actions of Israel as necessary for its survival, citing historical and religious claims to the land.

The Role of Religion and Power

Interestingly, the conflict is also a clear example of how religion has been used throughout history to justify power and control. The establishment—those who benefit from war and division—often use religious narratives to manipulate the masses and sustain their power structures. This manipulation isn't new; it has been a tool of control since the dawn of civilization.

In the context of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, religious and nationalistic fervor often fuel the violence and justify the suffering inflicted on the innocent. However, a growing number of people around the world are beginning to see through this manipulation. This 4th category of consciously aware independent thinkers is rising, rejecting the narratives that have long been used to divide humanity.

The Call for Conscious Awakening

The time has come for humanity to transcend the divisions imposed upon us by religion, nationalism, and the pursuit of power. We must move beyond ignorance, manipulation, and blind loyalty to become conscious, independent thinkers who value human life above all else.

Understanding the true history of the Palestinian and Israeli conflict, and recognizing the establishment's role in perpetuating it, is the first step towards awakening. We must unite in our shared humanity, advocating for peace, justice, and the inherent right of all people to live free and prosperous lives. Freedom, after all, begins in the mind, and it is only through a collective awakening that we can hope to achieve true and lasting peace, at home, in the Middle East and beyond.
