Spirituality

The word spirituality is derived from the Latin word "spiritus" which means "breath" or "air".

Spirituality is an experience. It is the experience of being connected to God. It is different from Religion; religion is an ideology or practice. Spirituality is felt and experienced. Religion is one way to experience spirituality, but it is not the only way and it may not even be the best way. There are many ways to practice spirituality, including prayer, meditation, yoga, and even psychedelic drugs.

Spirituality is the search for meaning and connection, through personal journeys or shared experience. It is a journey of self-discovery that can take many forms – from exploring one’s own beliefs to seeking out new ideas and practices.

Spirituality is a term that is used to describe the different ways in which people find meaning in their lives and connect with the world around them. It can be an individual's personal relationship with a higher power or God; or a person's connection with nature, or anything else that provides an individual with meaning and purpose.

Spirituality manifests itself in all aspects of our lives. We are spiritual (energy) beings living a human experience, and it is believed that is why/how we can connect to God spirituality.
